KAC CPL COURSE
At KAC Flying School, the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is the next critical step after obtaining your PPL, designed for those aiming to turn their passion for flying into a professional career. This advanced course allows private pilots to progress into more complex aircraft and flight training exercises, building on the foundational skills acquired during PPL training.
The CPL program combines rigorous theoretical instruction with practical flight training, ensuring you develop the proficiency and confidence required to operate as a commercial pilot. With a CPL, you gain the qualification to fly for compensation or hire, opening the door to a variety of career opportunities in the aviation industry.
The full-time CPL course typically takes 8 to 12 months to complete. The Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) mandates a cumulative minimum of 200 flight hours, including the hours logged during your PPL training.
